Like its originator, Young Nigerian CEOs’ Network, this real-life version was created to further enhance the developmental process of young Nigerian entrepreneurs through an interactive learning and networking platform. It’s here to solve some fundamental problems and provide tremendous learning and networking opportunities for everyday businesspeople.

Its purpose is to enlighten Nigerian growing entrepreneurs on how to build profitable and at the same enduring companies (by enduring we mean companies that are capable of outliving its founder(s) while still being profitable).

This forum will provide the participants the successful business principles, top-notch business strategies, new business trends and how-to apply them for building profitable and enduring companies. The principles and strategies are time-tested and they have worked for every successful business leader and companies.

Another reason for its birth is the need for continuous learning and improvement for entrepreneurs for effective and efficient business management practices. The rule of thumb in this age is simple –“You must be able to run your business better tomorrow than today if your business must remain competitively relevant. The successful businesses of the nearest future are the ones that’ll never cease to seek more knowledge on how they can keep improving regardless of where they are positioned in their various industries.

Another very important reason for its birth is the need to create networking opportunities for like-minded businesspeople from both the same and across industries. This will provide opportunities for ideas exchange and experience sharing.

These benefits and more are what you stand to gain from this forum, so we welcome you and your key decision making employees on board.
