The deceased’s body was therefater moved to the Kpaima Mortuary on Elechi Beach, Mile One in Port Harcourt. The movement of the body was facilitated by Honourable Evans Bipi, the 5-member-elected “Speaker” of the Rivers State House of Assembly who incidentally is a relative and former aide to the First Lady.
