Nigerians across the World have been felicitating with the success of the hardcore Nigerian people’s voice, sending messages of good will and identifying with the success of the newspaper.
Lending his first voice during the week was Chief Bimbo Robert Afolayan, the Chairman of Central Association of Nigerians in the United Kindon(CANUK), who commended the efforts of the management of the organisation, praying for God’s sustenance and agility to be able to ride higher in the current economic climate which he described very grey. He wished Nigerian Watch long live and more years of successful operation .
London based legal practitioner and Youth motivator, Mr Dele Okenla in his message expressed his delight that Nigerian Watch has blazed a new trail in community newspaper publication and brave the current economic climate to make an impact within the Nigerian community.
“I rejoice with the Nigerian Watch on this occasion of yours and as you celebrated your first anniversary. Wishing you all the best!”, he concluded.
More messages have adorned he social network link of the newspaper, with hundreds of well-wishers congratulating and sending messages of good will and expressing unflinching support.
In its recent edition, which currently has sold out due to popular demand, the Board of Management thanked Nigerians and all friends of Nigeria who have received the community newspaper with warm hands and hearts, giving credits that without the readers, the attained success would not have been achieved.
“As we celebrate our first year anniversary, and consider the immensely positive responses we have received from all sections of our community, we want to take a moment to thank the many people and organizations that have supported us along the way and make our first year such big success”, said its passionate massage to its teeming admirers. The message appeared as its opinion message column.
The newspaper paid its tribute to many advertisers and agencies, many of whom had remained dedicated and supportive since the birth of the newspaper.
More encomiums were showered also to commend the efforts of many columnists, who have remained dedicated to the cause of the paper’s establishment and its main goal of educating, entertaining and informing the Nigerian public and many of their teeming admirers who share the vision of a great Nigeria.
