Coconut fruits - is this what we are breeding?
Coconut fruits - is this what we are breeding?

Abominably dangerous!  This is the best way the current situation in Nigeria can be described as we seem to be loosing very fast the texture of our cultural, moral, political, religious and mental direction and orientation.

The current spectacle in Nigeria which has formed part of the reason our political system has turned out a failure due to moral degeneration and lack of vision it has produced is traceable to as many years ago when we were made to embrace American system of government we were not matured for.

The result end of which has produced for us as a people half baked results, uncontrollable level of avariciousness and high level of moral degeneration.

Nigerian democracy could have been set up to match up with the country’s variety cultural, religious and moral background which today endear us as unique to many part of the world.

We live in a spiritual world in which every idea conception is rooted in spiritual setting. Is it possible for us as a people of different race to be whiter than the white people when every initiative we take is generated through the different language background that is not ours?

It is agreed that nobody is an Island , but to almost totally give up to a foreign culture and ways of live and almost  obliterating our own may pave way to a completely half baked future generation that may loose the texture of their own past vis-à-vis moral, cultural and social background.

Prior to our colonization as a country, we read in history that we had a very solid political system in place which was rooted in our traditional and cultural setting and uniquely dispensed through traditional rulers’ supreme powers and personality. Superior and unique in many ways that even the foreigners gave in to the setting and decided to set up their own ideas of ruling around those structures.

Our ways of life have been derailed through our owning up to foreign propaganda and brainwash. We seem to perceive our self as abnormal and second class with the way we embrace foreign cultures and ideologies.

The result end of our embraced foreign cultures has culminated in half baked result for our self, mediocrity, substandard structure and outright failure and we oscillate without definite direction. Abominably dangerous!
